The Dutch Ice Sculpture Festival is open from Tuesday to Sunday every week. During school holidays, we are open every day, including Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Join us for a cozy winter outing!
Opening Hours:
- Weekends: Open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Christmas Holidays: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekdays outside holidays: Open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
New Year’s Day (January 1): Closed
Accessibility
The Ice Sculpture Festival is easy to reach, and we’ve made sure that getting here is hassle-free. Whether you prefer to travel by bus, train, or car, we’ve got it covered.
No need to worry about parking – there’s plenty of space. Parking costs €5 for the whole day.
Travel to Harderwijk station or Dronten station, and take bus 147 to the Bremerbergweg stop.
During the Christmas holidays, the official Ice Sculptures shuttle bus will take you from the Bremerbergweg stop to the festival grounds and back again. The shuttle runs between 10:00 and 17:00. Please note: the shuttle does not operate on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

Everyone deserves the same experience at the Ice Sculpture Festival! Our magical ice world is accessible for wheelchair users and strollers, with wide paths and special facilities. There are also accessible toilets, and plenty of space to enjoy the art. Need extra help? No problem! Our enthusiastic team is ready to make sure everyone has a fantastic time.
