Yes, absolutely! In the ice hall, it’s around -10 degrees, so it’s quite cold. We recommend dressing warmly and bringing your hat and gloves. Afterwards, you can warm up with a delicious hot chocolate (or something else tasty) in our restaurant.

You’re in the right place because we have the answer.

Promo code not working?
First, check if you entered the code correctly. Did you use the code before without completing the purchase? Then the code might be blocked for 30 minutes. Try again after that. Still not working? Contact Ticketcounter via info@ticketcounter.nl or call +31 10-7516400.

Redeeming a voucher code?
You can redeem your voucher for an e-ticket with a date and time slot via www.ijsbeelden.nl/redeem.

Absolutely! For groups of 30 or more, there are even discount options available. Feel free to contact us at info@ijsbeelden.nl for more information. We’re happy to help!

A walk through the ice hall takes about 45 to 60 minutes, but take your time — with your ticket, you’re welcome to go back in for a second round!

And the fun doesn’t stop at the ice sculptures… there’s plenty more to enjoy on the festival grounds:

  • Try curling on our artificial-ice curling rink

  • Admire the street art exhibition

  • Let the kids run wild in the spacious playground with bouncy castle

  • See yourself as an ice sculpture in the AI photobooth

  • Take a behind-the-scenes look in the Making of movie
